mrcvs
Being from 1934, every vehicle would have to be from 1934, or before. If you like these sorts of cars, it is worth a watch. It Happened One Night, with Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert. It has a 1933 or before bus, and several other cars in it.
Dave Mellor NJ
I love that movie. I believe it won the Oscar for best picture that year

ScarredKnightfan
Cool, sounds like a good movie. That IMCDB is an AWESOME resource. I've spent hours on there at times. rocketraider
So I'm not the only one who looks for CORRECT era cars in movies... My church study group watched "Doubt" (set in a gritty NYC neighborhood in 1964) Tuesday night and I found myself making sure the cars were all 1964 or earlier, and appropriate to the neighborhood. They got 'em right!
padgett
Is not easy, I remember seeing Hurry Sundown set in the late '40s and near the opening the camera is looking out the side and there were the biggest roundest reddest '64 Ford taillights ever seen. rocketraider
But ya gotta admit, a 1964 (or about any early-60s) big Ford has a sexy behind...
Paul Dobbin
I remember as a kid I saw a movie where a 1957 Ford Convertible went off a cliff. By the time it came to a stop at the bottom of the cliff it had become a 1953 Mercury Convertible. Shortly there after there was a mid 30's gangster movie and the armored truck was a 56 Chevy. Today my wife hates to see movies with me because I say, "That's not the right vintage vehicle" to many times. It's a car guy thing. (But, does not apply to vehicles less than 50 years old)
