JWLawrence Posted July 9, 2015 Share Posted July 9, 2015 Anyone know how to volunteer to provide a car and drive one of the drivers around the track in the pre-race parade? I have attended the three previous GPs and watched the drivers being driven around the track waving at the crowds from vintage open cars. I have two cars that would be good cars for this: A yellow 1937 Packard convertible and a black 1930 Ford Model A roadster street rod. I have talked to folks at the Circuit of Americas and they say others make the arrangements for this, but do not know who. The cars used look to be local or regional cars and vary from the 1930s to 1960s. I live in Austin. Any help is appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
