I don't know what the laws of Germany are about owning a demilitarized tank, but the article mentioned that even government prosecutors were unsure if any laws had been broken; however, that did not prevent government goons from seizing what was apparently legally owned property. As further details of this matter are revealed, I may be proven to have been totally off base in my opinion on this. Time will tell.
