Dbeag
I fount this hubcap and can find very little about it anywhere. It measures 8" across and the center is on a pivot that allow access of a bolt to release the cap. Any help would be great, just looking for aprox year and model as most of the car apears to be in the general area where this was found and wondering if i should keep digging for more treasure. Guest Gary Hearn
Not to state the obvious, but on my tiny iPhone that looks like a Chevy bow tie to me.

TerryB
Looks like it might be a lug hole cover for a spare tire & wheel set up.Terry
Dave Mellor NJ
Looks like the
aacalifeer
Looks like it could be in the 1934-35-36 Chevrolet time frame. Pic is no clear enough. It is a Locking Spare Tire Hub Cap. They were Genuine Accessories of the era.
Dave Mellor NJ
With that ring it does look more like the 34 or 35. I think the 36 spare went in the trunk. It might also be part of a sidemount cover as I don't see a key hole.
keiser31
Isn't the keyhole under the logo? I see a swivel pin on the original photo posted.
Dbeag
Yes, the key hole is under the logo the little pin you see is the pivot point to access the logo.
Curti
I think it is for a 34 Chevy Master sidemount or rear spare.
