I have a NOS CADILLAC set, exactly like those, in the CADILLAC box, I believe that the frame company, made the same set for different companies, and just made a different box. FORD, also had that same frame for an accessory in 1940.

Thanks Mike, interesting!

Wayne, I listed it as used because of the box being opened. Ebay doesn't have a "NOS" catagory, and they require something "new" to be unopened. Based on the completeness of the contents, the condition of the frames, the instructions and hardware (the bag was stapled shut and I opened it for photos), it's my opinion that it is NOS. Thanks.

These are NOS from Howard Buick in San Francisco.  I think Mike is right about the same frames with different manufacturers name on the paper covers.  These even came with the tags that hang on the mirror, lighter and glove box.  Bought these last year for $50.

I've known a lot of Dealership offered accessories to be the same items in different packaging. I've had a number of under hood lights, trunk lights, snap-up gas caps, compasses, etc, that came in Mopar, Nash or Hudson labled boxes, but were identical.
