Hello. I am interested in your drum puller. Could it fit mopar era drums from the late '30's to the early '50's ? What are you thinking of for the price...50ish...100ish before shipping        I live in New Mexico         rodney

Yes, its a universal wheel puller either by Snap On or Blue Point, Id guess from 32-40ish. It normally does have 3 long arms for the bottom this is correct. I cannot find anywhere on this where one could have been on before. It does turn great, The rust does not interfere with the turning mechanism.

Ohhh...didn't even notice no 3rd leg ...cool tool though...I have a lot of drum pulling ahead of me in the near future...thanks for showing it and alerting me to its character.
