1fun37 Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Looking at the picture, are there only two legs and are they welded solid? There should be 3 legs..to work well. roysboystoys Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 It's missing a leg , not shown in photo. The legs slide around inside the lower collar.Looks like a Snap On ? It normally does have 3 long arms for the bottom this is correct. I cannot find anywhere on this where one could have been on before.
