Derek, thank you for the info, I did miss that post. Sounds neat, but we are driving in on Wed, so we won't be in town for the game.

If there is anyone out there that wanted to stay at The Sand's Casino in Bethlehem, and has not made their Hotel reservation; they are about to take our block away as zero interest to date.

Thanks.  Using Mapquest I did a dry-run today and found it.  Only a 40 minute drive for me.  The venue looks perfect and look forward to seeing Mr. Bulgari's collection as well as the beautiful Buicks.

Does that mean there is no site access after those posted hours? If I left my car there for some reason, can I get back in to retrieve it after those hours?

What was the largest showing of Buicks at a national show?

Flint 2003 had 1703 Buicks if I remember correctly.

Will the show field have room for 10 X 10 canopies to provide shade from the sun?

Hotel Reservations:

30 days out - June 25 - the Buick Club Hotel Block and Special rates will be going away in Allentown.

If you have NOT made your reservation, I would suggest you do before the  25th of this month. After that, we cannot guarantee that you will have a place to stay for our 50th Anniversary Celebration.

Hi guys,

I'm semi-local to this event, will be bringing my '66 GS. Looking forward to participating in this event!

Thought I would share some other events in the area some may be interested in.

The Steelstack complex in nearby Bethlehem is next to the Sands Bethlehem Casino/hotel. An arts complex is built at the former Bethlehem Steel blast furnaces, which still stand behind the stage. It really is a fantastic facility. Tours of the blast furnaces are avail:

http://www.steelstacks.org/events/tours/

For music fans, there are free outdoor concerts most weekends during the summer:

http://www.levittsteelstacks.org/line-up/concerts/

there is also a pay indoor stage.

I'm not affiliated with the complex, but I do attend many, many shows there during the season. It really is a gem of the area.
