password reset didn't work for me

User cpu, registered August 2001. I haven't logged in for a few years. I forgot my password. I tried to reset it, both by entering my user name, and again later by entering my email address. In each case, 30 minutes or more have gone by and the password reset has not happened. No email arrives in my account. I have no spam block on AACA forum email. I checked the junk email folder anyway and nothing has arrived.

 

My email is a Hotmail account. I hope that is not the problem.

 

Peter or admin, please help me out here.

email formula***@hotmail.com replace the *** with 400

Try having it email you your login info again.

I tried resetting the PW using my email address in the form. No reset email arrived. I gave it about an hour.

I tried resetting by using my username. Still no email arrives. I am sure it is not in my junk mail folder. Can you reset the password yourself and email it to me?

FWIW, I have found at my forum that the IP.Board password reset routine very rarely works. I don't know why...
