The installer has been on the phone with the manufacturer and they are insisting this is supposed to be there. I think the top vinyl is installed too far forward on the top frame causing the seam to not line up with the rear bow, but who am I to argue with the pros? buick5563 Posted May 6, 2015 Share Posted May 6, 2015 I agree with your second post. It looks like there isn't enough material between the top of the window and the bow location. My eyeball looks like that is about 4" and should be 6". These are approximate memory estimate numbers. That would make that flap disappear too.
