Matt Harwood
Code 54 is a color called (I kid you not) La Mothe Gray. My parts book doesn't go back to 1937 on trim colors, but I'd bet code 49 is some kind of tan or beige broadcloth. Body #128 is just a sequence number at the Fisher body plant and doesn't really have any significance specific to the car. Are you pulling the codes from the cowl tag? Is it still painted that color? Is the interior original? What kind of additional information are you looking for?

Jeff Hansen
According to my 1942 Master Body Parts Book, trim code 49 for 1937 is green leather - specifically for a series 60 or 65 car.HTH,Jeff Edited April 28, 2015 by Jeff Hansen clarification (see edit history)
jdome
What model # is the car? Cloth would be standard, leather would be optional.
