FrankWest107
I want to know if any thing can be done to blend the paint that is faded and also darkened in a small area approx 1 ft. I want to know if rubbing compound can even the shades of paint out. There a several darker patches that I would like to blend into the lighter existing dark blue color. Has anyone solved this problem before.
Rusty_OToole
Polishing and waxing will help but it may not be possible to get them exactly the same. You could try it yourself or maybe a good detail shop can help. It's pretty hard to be sure without seeing the car.
