Guest gletom
My keyless entry stopped working again. It went out a year ago and I bought a use one.Now out again. Before I buy another one there is a after market one that works with any vehicle.it comes with 2 remotes and a universal module. Has anyone tried this? If I wanted buy another Reatta module where do I get one? Thanks
Rusty_OToole
Friend of mine with a Pontiac picked up 2 or 3 extra remotes in a junk yard. They are easy to reprogram by pushing a few buttons. I don't recall exactly but I am sure you can find the directions online.

Rusty_OToole
Not sure what you mean but wouldn't a Buick dealer have one?
Fleek
You might ask this in the Buick Reatta forum. They may be more familiar with what you need.
MCHinson
If you don't find a factory correct module, you might get lucky with an aftermarket unit. I found a crazy cheap imported aftermarket unit on Ebay that I installed on my 1989 Buick Park Avenue. I would think that it would work on a Reatta as well. The remotes don't look quite like the factory version but it certainly made driving the car as a daily driver more enjoyable. Installing it took me a little while since the guy who wrote the directions was apparently Chinese. The English instructions were not very clear at all, but the unit works good. Here is a link to a current auction of the same unit by the same seller.http://www.ebay.com/itm/Car-Remote-Central-Door-Lock-Kit-Locking-Keyless-Entry-System-Remote-Control-US-/311316625262?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item487beab76e
