42dodgeguy
Guys: I'm going to post a couple of pic's of a headlight rim I recently acquired. It looks like a Guide rim, and it has the little locater thing inside so that it accepts a Multibeam #920426 right hand lens. It has, however a set of rings around it similar to what's on 37-38 Buick rims but spaced differently. I'm sure it fits some breed of G.M. car of the 37-38 period, but have kept my eyes open and have seen nothing like it. I don't know of any other application for the 7 1/16" X 6 1/2" Multibeams other than G.M. Most seem to have painted rims with the little stainless trim ring. Can anyone I.D. this guy? 42dodgeguy
YES!!! I think that's it. Thanks a million. I guess I got it wrong in stating the part# of the lens but I revisited it and the 37 LaSalle also takes the 7 1/16" X 6 1/2" lens
