Yes, of course. He ran the same shop for close to fifty years. The workload morphed over the years to electronic fuel injection and computer diagnostics. I doubt they've rebuilt a carburetor in 10 years. The owner was/is the only one who worked on the older cars, a couple of his own and for the occasional long-time customers. We have several 'classic restoration' shops locally and they're generally very good (but a bit pricey). My friend has an older brother (80!) with a shop north of town and maybe a couple of guys who can do the work. Too far for me.
