Guest Nancy DeWitt
This one has me stumped. It was taken in Whitehorse in the Yukon, reportedly between 1905-1907. I have a newspaper article about a 3-seated, 12-passenger motor surrey that arrived in Dawson in 1901, but have no idea who made it. Perhaps this is a photo of it. Any ideas what it is? dictator27
A flywheel under the centre of the vehicle indicates a gas engine, but there is no evidence of a radiator. Possibly an air cooled flat twin?Terry
Craig Gillingham
I think that's a Knox, from about 1905, they have that unusual longitudinal spring from the front axle to the rear. And they were air cooled as well.
