The interior was more recently replaced with what looks like a LeBaron Bonney kit and is excellent including the seats, door panels, headliner, etc. The wood grained dashboard and all of its gauges are in excellent as well. The chrome, stainless and glass are also very nice.Mechanically, this car is about as sound as they come. The flathead V8 engine is whisper quiet. This is the last year for the floor shift transmission which shifts smoothly. The steering and brakes are responsive. The car cruises great and goes down the road with precision. This car has always been mechanically maintained and it shows. All of the gauges and lights work as they should, but the wipers will need to be repaired. The engine bay is clean and the chassis presents the same. The tires are in good condition with plenty of miles left.
