Fleek
I must be missing something here. I do not see Semca on the clock. It shows to be made by Westclox.

Rusty_OToole
Probably something made for Ford to sell to Ford dealers for their offices, or to give away as a prize or premium in a sales contest or similar promotion.Has a 40s appearance, could the dial be made to copy the appearance of that year's Ford speedometer? If so you may be able to pin down the year, and from there, possibly tie it to a Ford promotion or event.
DavidAU
Sort of looks like 47 Mercury with the gold center but the font is different
Guest Model T Nick
FYI This is 1942 Ford dash clock for deluxe or station wagon. I'm guesting Semca put it in a desk stand for a Ford Award.
