ply33 Posted September 14, 2000 Share Posted September 14, 2000 My 1931 Chilton's mention that, at the time of publication, only a couple of juridictions still forbade the use of the "new" 32 CP headlights. Most places people were converting from 21 CP to 32 CP by the early 1930s.<P>The "21 CPT Two Filament Bulbs" indication would seem to place the application as being prior to the early 1930s.
