They have the centre locking hubcap with 20inch rims. the rear has 48 spokes and the front has 16 spokes to the hub. There were 2 hub nuts recently sold on ebay with Franklin emblems and I've seen these wheels on Kissel cars. I need these for my 27 Chrysler. Please pm me if you are able to help.
