Guest Posted March 10, 2000 Posted March 10, 2000 My grandpa is restoring a 1927 dodge and he is looking for information, or pictures on the interier and the original paint.
Rick Hoover Posted March 10, 2000 Posted March 10, 2000 Well, lets see if we can help. Do you know or can find out which model / style and what paint is showing on it now. What color is he looking to paint it? I'll see if I can lead you to some good info on your car. You see if you can get more info from your grandpa and I'll see what I can do for the both of you .

------------------
Rick Hoover
AACA # 409952
Hershey Region
Guest Posted March 11, 2000 Posted March 11, 2000 A good source for technical help on your Dodge is the Dodge Brothers Club, which has about 1,200 members nationally and covers the years 1914 thur 1938. Take a look at their website www.geocities.com/motorcity/pit/2672.
Guest Posted March 12, 2000 Posted March 12, 2000 Hi Rick, Thankyou for answering me. My Grandpa says that it is a 27 Dodge 4 door sedan with a fast 4 motor. It has DB on the hubcaps (dodge brothers.) He thinks it has been painted a couple of times, he found black, blue and green. He's really interested in making it original. He said that the interier was cloth, and he would like to know if he can find some like it, and he's interested in painting it the exact original colour. Thanks again Rick, WE appreciate the help. Wanda.
quote:
Originally posted by Rick Hoover:
Well, lets see if we can help. Rick Hoover Posted March 12, 2000 Posted March 12, 2000 Your welcome Wanda,
Lets see what I can put together for you when I get back to my shop on Monday. Maybe we'll even fix your Grandpa up with 4 new HOT spark plugs to make that Dodge even faster!
Rick
