1946 Plymouth Deluxe 12 volt conversion

12 volt conversion, I am asking if any person has converted from 6volt to 12 volt? What parts would I need to change and who would you suggest I might contact. Any advise would be helpful .<BR>Many thanks<BR>Patrick<BR>

I'll let someone else reply with conversion details, but I have a question - why do you want to change? Assuming that you intend to keep the car stock (and this may be an incorrect assumption) other than for the electrical system, why make the change? This change is often made instead of correcting other problems which should be corrected regardless of system voltage. Just my comments for what they are worth.
