Borg Warner T85 Three Speed Transmission w/R1-1F Overdrive - Desoto , Chrysler Airflow

This transmission was used on 1935 Desoto Airflow, and 1935, 1936 and 1937 Chrysler Airflow. It was removed from a 1935 Desoto Airflow SG, and it's condition unknown.

I couldn't find any cracks in the case or mounting ears, and inside still had oil in it. From what I can see, it looks pretty good. This transmission was discussed awhile back in the "Airflow/Airstream" part of this forum (1935 Desoto Airflow SG Overdrive Transmission?) in case you want to read about it.

I'm asking $400 or best reasonable offer. Because of weight, I will not ship it, so it would have to be picked up in Massachusetts.

Where in Mass are you? I am interested but have no plans to be in your area. Are you going to Hershey in the Fall?

Hello, I am building a 1937 DeSoto coupe and coupe and could use the trans. The is a floor shift isn't it?

Yes, it's a floor shift, but I don't have the shifter handle.
