jreeder41
I'm in need of a turn signal switch for a 1952 Hot Shot. I believe it is mounted in a slotted bracket on the bottom of the dash to the left of the steering wheel? Any leads or tips would be greatly appreciated. Jim Bollman
Are you going for proper restoration or functionality? Good originals are very hard to find but there is an electronic substitute that plugs into the harness but is a toggle switch instead of the little nub that sticks out that slides. This is what it looks like minus the paint color, they were chrome and I was too cheap to have the plating redone. This is the one in my FarmOroad but all the under dash Crosley turn signal switches are the same.
DAVE A
I started rebuilding one for a shop in your general direction a few years ago and then lost track of the guy. (was it you?, if so I still have it) In any case, I think I have another out in one of my parts cars that I could fix up for you.
