If you can't find one, I would suggest making your own. You can get copper tubing here, for example: http://classicandexotic.com/store/p-840-heavy-wall-copper-tubing-for-brakes.aspx

I did this for my copper brake tubes and it worked very well. I realize you're doing an oil line, but you may be able to find some tubing that works for you. All you need is a flaring tool, the tubing, and you should be able to reuse the old fasteners.
