Want info on Spraque - Waldo #106 brass lights

I have a pair of these that I am trying to determine what car and year they are from. I tried adding photos but am stymied on how to do.

A friend has Sprague-Waldo on his 1911 Paige-Detroit, but I don't know if they are #106's. He'll likely see this post but I'll ask him.

Our 1911 Paige-Detroit has Sprague-Waldo lights (head, side and tail). The sides are Model 114 and the tail is 109. I do not know of any car that left the factory with them. They may have been available only as accessories.
