1937hd45 Posted August 5, 2002 Share Posted August 5, 2002 I was WAY ahead of the curve on this deal. For the past 15 years I've used six Model T cylinder heads (the useless high ones). Go to the hardware store and get six 1/2 pipe plugs and 6 1/2 pipe nipples about 4 inches long. The six canopy legs slide over the pipe nipples and the bungee cord hook attaches to the water manifold bolt hole. Works for me in wind and rain. Just dump out the water when you take down on Saturday.<BR>Incidentaly, has anyone calculated the total weight required to hold down a 10 X 20 canopy in a 40-MPH wind?
