Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone there too. Being a much smaller land mass than the USA, can I ask what your "winters" are like?

Sure John.

Depends on what part you're in. Here in Christchurch, on the east coast of the South Island, we get cold, dry frosty mornings and sunny days, getting up to about early 50's from a mid 20's start. Some days we get a cold southerly wind that brings rain and sometimes snow. The past two years have seen two snow storms each, but most years, we don't get any. So we can pretty much use our old cars all year round.

Cheers

Grant

Thanks for the information Grant. Was just looking at the country on the maps program. Looks like the south Islands west coast is pretty much unused? And lots of mountains in the middle of the Country. I always heard it was a beautiful Country!

We want to wish all our Buick friends a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year. We got between 7 and 8 inches of snow last night and that really put everybody in the Christmas spirit. The Buicks are tucked away for a looong Winter nap and we're all sayin' Hurry Up Spring. Best Wishes to Everyone.

Once again it's that time of the year.

Looking forward to enjoying the day with the kids tomorrow as it really is all about them.

Hopefully it wont be 40C+ again. Had a few of those lately.

May your Buicks run well and long through the coming years.

Merry Christmas to all the '39 Buick Team Members and all the other Buickers out there in forum land.

Hope to see you all back here next year to do it all again.

Danny
