A Neat resource for locating part numbers

I am a newby on this Forum so if this is already common knowledge please forgive me.
In casting about on the internet I discovered an on line electronic catalog that lists parts back to 1928.
It has a test drive button that allows you to research part numbers without having to register and you can also register for free.
If you do register, it allows you to specify the manufacturers you would like to see data from.
All in all a pretty neat research tool. grin.gif" border="0
Now I can go to my Jobber and tell him I need part XXX from supplier YYY even if he does not list it in the books he has. smile.gif" border="0

One site that seems to be moderately useful for those people with 1940s and 1950s Plymouths is http://www.partsvoice.com/
It may also be useful for other makes and years too.
From the description in the original posting, I don't believe that this is the site he is refering to.
[ 07-22-2002: Message edited by: ply33 ]
