replacing aluminum dashboard trim on 1963-65?

So, I'm not entirely clear how this happened (I haven't talked to my mechanic yet, and I don't want to **** off/insult an otherwise good business), but it appears the dashboard trim on my Riv was damaged when they were taking the dash apart to install new A/C cables (see photo--sorry it's turned si). Any ideas where I might be able to find a replacement piece? Thanks in advance...

Bummer

I had to repair mine as well. I found the parts on eBay. I did a quick search and found

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1963-1964-BUICK-RIVIERA-DASH-GLOVE-BOX-HOUSING-/290988256131?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43c0406b83&vxp=mtr

The aluminum is glued on. A heat gun will loosen it right up. I reattached mine with contact cement.

good luck
