1931 DB DH6 door sills....did they exist?

I have never seen an example of a 1931 DB DH6 door sill. Have any of you folks ever seen one? If so, got any photos of one??

That was my understanding, but I have seen them on earlier cars and I wanted to verify that. Neither of my business coupes have holes for a sill.

My DL does have them, but they are nothing fancy, just black painted steel with a lip to hold the rubber mat or carpet.

I'm guessing that you recall that the '31 DG 8 Coupe had door sills. Maybe that would have been an option on the DH?

They may have been an option, but I have never seen any on a DH6. I see them listed in my DH6 parts list book.

the '32 DK came with the fancy aluminum door sills, I don't think the DL came with them, although they would fit since the bodies are the same.
