Guest rick1985
Hi This is my first time on this forum and my first classic car. I just purchased a 1966 Buick Le Sabre Custom convertible.I am in need of a new dash or a way to repair the old dash. As with many cars of this age the dash gets cracked and looks horrible! Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.ThanksRick

Guest Doug Burton
If you are lucky, like I was on my '61, your dash pad comes off and can be recovered easily using the techniques outlined in this video tutorial: That one doesn't go into replacing the foam (if needed), but it's easy enough to use the same technique to replace the foam padding. Once I take the vinyl off of mine, I plan to decide then whether to use something to fill the gaps or just replace all of the foam. HTH
