what paint to use for raised letters on tires ? white or red

What is the paint to use on the raised letters on tires ,

something that will flex and hold up in the weather,

would like to buy it in quarts if possible

What tires are you going to paint? That may tell you what color.

some are car tires , some are bike tires .....

JC Whitney used to sell tire paint, and I've seen tire marker sticks in several colors at auto parts stores years ago. Don't know if any of it is still made.

I never used the paint but had reasonable success with the sticks. Had to reapply it about every time you scrubbed the tires clean though. I outlined a Firestone "F" in gold on a set of tires and with the pinstripe WW, they looked striking.

I was at an auto show once in Brazil and there was a guy going around the show screen printing on all the tires "Goodyear" , not sure if they were the main sponsoar or not but it did get the Goodyear name in all the photos !

Most good art supply stores carry "1 Shot" paint.

The mobile 'whitewallers' for used car lots had a fairly durable product. Maybe see if any of those guys are still around and ask them.
