1926 Packard 2-36 Phaeton with RHD

1926 Packard 2-36 Phaeton with Right Hand Drive. This was an export model that sold new in Melbourne, Australia - September 17, 1926 and resided in Australia until it was exported to the US in the 60's when in completed the 1966 Glidden Tour. A few owners after that This fine Packard has been featured in Hemmings Classic Car, December 2012. (digital copies on website). History of this Packard is known since new and has been in the current ownership the last 40 Years. Certainly a unique opportunity to purchase this Packard and we'd like to see it "go home". First time offered since 1972.

This Second Series Packard is ready to drive anywhere at comfortable higher speeds with its high speed rear axle and correct 21" wheels. There are no mechanical concerns, quirts, or excuses, however recently noted by the owner the amp gauge seems to be on the fritz. It still retains it Skinner Oil Rectifier and Fuelizer. Its ready for immediate touring with its next caretaker. The pictures should answer most questions as to condition.
