have 63 non air car two levers under dash are broke on heat control can i use a control from a a/c car or can i repair existing one with parts where can i get one

The parts are made of diecast potmetal. There are no repos, nor are there any repairs. You'l have to find a good replacement or you can log onto the ROA website (link in my signature) and find the DIY article in the Tech Tips section on how to make new ones.

To answer your first question, yes, the heater levers for the a/c and non-a/c cars are the same.
