In a word - CAREFULLY

Why do you want to remove the trim? Just curious....

All kidding aside....

The stainless around the windows is secured in a "channel" in the rubber gasket around the window(s).

There should be a "clip" somewhere on the moulding, which you can remove. This exposes the two ends of the moulding. It is not one solid moulding. There is a "break" in it that the clip covers.

Anyway, once you remove the clip you can CAREFULLY start to work the stainless out of the rubber gasket channel.

You need to really be careful as these stainless pieces kink very easily.

You might want to try to use a hair dryer or heat gun to "soften" the gasket material as you are removing the trim pieces.
