Guest oldfarmerjunk
Hello,I'm new to this forum, been an antique tractor and truck collector for many years. Taking a keen interest in brass era cars now - the bug just doesn't stop biting!!! Just bought a real project of a single cylinder Reo truck. Motor runs, frame, wheels, some parts, but a lot of parts missing. The major thing missing is the transmission. Is this the same as the early Reo cars? Also missing pedals, part of the clutch and unfortunately, I don't know what else until I track down a partsbook/manual and some pictures. Can anyone help with any leads on parts? Thanks in advance for any consideration you can give me!Kurt
john2dameron
Kurt, Someone had a 1910 REO at the ATCA show at Macungie, PA last month. It's possible if you'd contact the club (Antique Truck Club of America) they could put you in touch with whoever owned it and he could provide you with a source of parts. oldford
I have quite a few parts that are from a single cylinder Reo Truck, if you send me a list, maybe there is a match...Frank
