Hi, I'm new to antique car ownership but just fell in love with a51' Mercury Coupe. It looks like it's ingood shape and I'm serious about buying it, but I'm not confident I know whatI'm looking for. Could anyone tell me if there is anything I shouldknow about these models? Know problem areas to look at (trunk pan, rustareas, etc?) Also, any desirable features to look for or any feature thatare not desirable? Any idea on what this model should be sellingfor?

You have 1961 in the title and '51 in the description so the first thing you need to do is let us know what year it is. If it's a '51 it would be worth a lot more than a '61. Go to www.nadaguides.com for more info....
