NCReatta
So I'm debating weather to have my Reatta judged or just enter as display only. I'd like to be parked with as many Reattas as possible. But my Reatta has about 45 points in mandatory deductions plus some other little things. So it's not really a good car to have judged. If you're going to South Bend, are you going to display your car or have it judged?
DAVES89
Looks like I am bringing the 'vert. Not looking to judge.
Machiner 55
To judge or not to judge... that is the question. Judge not, lest ye be judged.Look out everybody cause here come da judge!Better to have judged and lost than never to have judged at all. What to do... what to do.........John F. Guest Corvanti
Forget the judging and enjoy yourself at the show.I couldn't agree more!!!unless you're looking for what you "need" to do from the "judges" to make the vehicle "worthy" for judgment at a later event, just have fun!and don't forget to go to the "Studebaker National Museum" while in South Bend!
NCReatta
I may just do display if at least Dave will be there. My tab cloth top, park ave. chrome wheels, color keyed headliner, and other mods would get too many deductions. Oh and DShip, I got your phone message today. I've been pressure washing the house all day. I will give you a call tomorrow, but unless you need them for the drive there, I'll just plan on bringing then with me. dship
Biggest enjoyment for me is seeing BCA, RDIV, BDE, ROA, and forum friends again after another year has gone by. But, I also enjoy prepping my car throughout the year for judging....like to see how my work stacks up to the 400 point mark.Marck, don't need them to drive to South Bend. So, just bring them with you (I'll install them when I return home).

Guest my3buicks
Mine is staying home, bringing the Centurion or I would have had it judged just for the heck of it.
Vincent Vega
I went for judging in Ames for the first time. Did not expect anything. Got Silver in the mail. Made me happy and proud of my work.
Guest steveskyhawk
Belated congratulations to Vincent. Question: Why did the Award come in the mail? All other car shows have an award ceremony towards the end of the show and it turns out to be a fun part of the event.
Barney Eaton
Doesn't matter if you enter your Reatta in the judging or not........it is up to the owner but we want to see as many Reattas in SB as possible. Unless we run out of space, we can get them all parked together on Saturday. If fact, if none were entered in the judging, those of us that judge could go look at the other Buicks and not spend most of our day judging. Guest HessLakeGuy
To all:The awards are given out at the evening banquet, Saturday night. If you do not or cannot attend the Buick club makes sure you get it after the meet is over. The Reatta is the R class and our awards are toward the end of the evening. The event is nicely done, and takes a lot of work by a lot of people. Tom
Vincent Vega
Steve, I did not attend the Banquet on that Saturday due to another commitment.
