Hudsy Wudsy
There's going to be another VanDerBrink collector car auction in Austin, MN on June 29th that some of you might have an interest in. One of the cars that will be offered is a '57 fuel injected Corvette with a four speed that came in an unusual (to me, anyway) factory color called "Aztec Copper". A 1906 Cadillac M roadster and a '55 Chrysler Imperial Deerham Limo which is apparently one of two built and may have been used in the Eisenhower administration are included, as well. One more car on the auction block that I feel compelled to point out is a red and white Amphicar! I know that car will be of interest to at least one particular member of this illustrious forum. Here's a link:VanDerBrink Auctions/Yvette VanDerBrink/LAND/Collector Cars/Antique Tractors/Experience
Amphicar BUYER
That car was next on the assembly line right behind mine! Nice car but I have never liked it when they two tone them along the waist moldings.

You know our "Land of Ten Thousand lakes" is really just shy of 90,000. I had visions of your being able to drive a straight line from Austin to the Boundary Waters. Just think of it, you'd probably never dry off between dips! Edited June 10, 2013 by Hudsy Wudsy (see edit history)
karguy12
That Chrysler limo would be a neat car restored. Love old limos.
