1967 Buick Crated Knock Down Chassis

Thanks in advance for any info.Found 1967 Buick and need info. Serial # 435177H144447 . Data plate-ST 67-43617FL1 , TR 131-A , BODY 59281 PAINT C-4 options E 2EXR , 4F 5KY , & , (just the & sign.It seems to be V8, A/C , P/S , P/Brakes and Remote mirror. the only thing I can Find is that the VIN is something called "Knock down Chassis-?????????? Just quickly, it is a 1967 Special Deluxe 2 door Sport Coupe, It's Arctic White with a blue vinyl top, it has the it has the 2 tone blue vinyl interior, the V6 is standard in that model, if it has an 8 that would be optional.
