jscheib
My congratulations and best wishes also to the winners. It is quite interesting to note that except for Marck, all were quite close. But it also must be mentioned that the numbers are a small percentage of BCA members. So, for the many that have not voted, you have a chance next year to make an impact.John

bhclark
Another CLOSE election! 38 votes separating 2nd from 6th and 14 votes separating 3rd and 6th. Congrats to all who ran for making it a close race. I look forward to working with Marck, Chuck, and Paul.Mike, how many total ballots were received this time around? It looks like about 1090, which would be about 15%. A slight uptick from last year? bhclark
We were told that 825 ballots were cast.Mike & Nancy Book, BCA # 9202BCA Office ManagersThe spousal vote always throws the figure off. That sounds like the same 11% that vote every year, maybe a 1% rise. Unsatisfying.
Guest Hector
It is what it is.I sent my ballot, did you???I would like to thank the people who ran and hope that the new elected members look out for the club and ensure it's continuing existence.Good to see multiple candidates willing to put in the time in order to keep the BCA as a place that Buick people, young and old,can come and share their common bond.I'm positive in the thought that the BCA will be taken good care of in the forseeable future,I like the way it is going anyway! If you did not get elected this year,by all means, run again.Good day to be a BCA member! Guest wildcat465
A big thank you to all that voted. And a big thank you to all that ran.I am looking forward to the opportunity serving the membership and working with other board members!
Booreatta
I also echo the thanks, I am always ready to hopefully make the correct decisions. I appreciate the support both past and present. There were great candidates running for office so it was a large field and the membership will hold all office holders to a high standard. The last 2 elections have given our club 2 firsts. The first was a director from Canada and now the youngest. Our club is going the right way and I am proud to be a member of our BCAThanks again Chuck Kerls

Ben Bruce aka First Born
Here's hoping you guys will work towards keeping the club a BUICK club ,not just a 400 point club. Please do whatever it takes to make all Buick lovers feel at home. NO one should have to feel bad if they cannot afford to, or don't want to, restore to original or above. My 2cents worth. Mark Shaw
Congratulations to all who ran for this important office. I am glad to see diversity in the BOD with regard to all types and forms of Buicks. Although most know me as the prewar Buick guy; just know that if it weren't for modified Buicks, there would not be enough parts to keep the originals on the road.I look forward to seeing you all at the BCA National this summer... BenAmen to that! That's why in my campaign bio, I mentioned trying to introduce a People's Choice in each class. That way, your car doesn't have to be all original, or look like everyone else's to be recognized.

That way, your car doesn't have to be all original, or look like everyone else's to be recognized. Peoples Choice is nothing more then a popularity contest for the most part . It really serves no purpose . Works well at your local drive-in Friday Night Meet but not at a National . We have a class for just about everyone - really dont need another .,l
