harry yarnell
Is there any difference between the '88 and '90 compressors? I'm concerned about the clutch connector and pulley size. My '88 compressor is shot, and I have a brand new one for a '90 on the shelf ( a project that was sold) that I'd like to use.
Ronnie
The clutch electrical connector is different for sure. Don't know about the rest.Compressor Connector Differences - Reatta Owners Journal
handmedownreatta
my clutch bearings went bad.im trying to decide to try to change only the clutch or try to find a more 134a friendly compresser.i had to recharge it a few times a year but 134a is still cheap. padgett
There is a connector adaptor to put a 90 in an 88, the last one I bought came with one. Dimensionally they are all the same though clocking may be different. Will need the proper seal kit, has one thick and one thinner O-ring.Without the right tools, getting the right clearance on a new clutch can be a real pain.
