hey guys

i have took parts from chrome and are very happy with the result, very angry with the company that sold me the glass, the windshield is broken and got really badly packed, now azinda does not respond to my emails, I'm in Italy and it is nice to be subjugated because they are far away.

look at that ****, how can you sell glasses like that? in Italy a thing does not make you more work

Alright. I don't know what you have for an email but try sales@autocityclassics.com. I understand your frustration but from my past experience they have been good about taking care of their customers. I'm not sure why you haven't gotten a response yet. I just emailed them at this address and it worked. Let me know if you get ahold of them.

I wouldn't have sent a 59 windshield across town in cardboard…let alone to Italy!

WHat were they thinking?

I believe he owes you a new, properly packed replacement. HE should bear the tedium

of filing an insurance claim if he feels he has a case…but, in the meantime he owes you!

Maybe once it's explained to him that the LARGE BCA membership here in the USA has been following your

concours quality restoration …. and, that many of those members belong to LOTS of other marque car clubs

that also have forums like this…. he'll get the message...

no news from the seller, I have compiled for the third time request page but I did not respond.

I really think that he had been cheated.

I might as well take the air out of their shop and introduce myself but I have no time during this period

I wanted to ask the STAFF reason for removing "bad seller".

the gentleman in question has responded to my email thanks to your forum, I'm trying to contact him for months and he tells me that most glasses are for another car when my order is correct for 59 Buick electra so I have a right to compensation .

To me it looks like it was shipped to NY.

Did you or the Glass company pay Reliable Shipping Services Inc (as your agent) to ship from NY to Italy?

Where I work we import many items. We pay a freight fowarder/shipper to pack and ship internationally and do all the paperwork, customs clearance, import tax, insurance etc

Mister, the problem is that I ordered glass for 225 Electra convertible as in the order copy, but seller sayd that I have ordered for hard top. it's crazy, there is paper but he don't refund me money because is my error. Crazy crazy crazy
You have 2 problems, which are independant

(1) ordered for a convertible but received glass for a hardtop

(2) damage in transit

Did you or Reliable Shipping Services Inc or Auto City Classic. have insurance for damage in transport ?

Where the ownership of the glass is transfered to you makes big difference

the seller sent me an email, someone in the forum contacted him and read everything I've written, so he told me that my mistake but in fact the order is correct and the fault is his, I have attached a copy order and he did not ever feel.

I do not know how the refunds but I have to be right.

ok the windshield broken in 5000 miles it can happen but the glasses I wandered there must compensate me!

guys do not know what to say, I have another Buick Electra convertible and to check the size of the glasses I took the old one and compared with those who had the buick White and glasses are the same and are always larger than those shipped from Autocity
