inthewoods 10
I think I may have mislead you guys you see I am new to this hobby my first oldie I have built a few ralley cars like my Subaru but never anything like this dodge coupe it appears that the person who had it before me was going to make a rod out of it and I thought that that was my only option after researching a bit I have found some good info like where to get new floor pans other body parts not so easy up here in Canada they are scarce as for original drive trains they are like needles in hay stacks any way let me apologize for using that nasty hotrod word and any help with the body would be nice Thanks inthewoods
keiser31 5,703
You say it has square headlights....it sounds like what some call a "Plodge" which is a Plymouth with Dodge trim.....here is the sedan version.
61 Sport Sedan 12
With square headlights, it is a Canadian built car. Drivetrain shouldn't be hard to find in Ontario, the flathead sixes were in Dodges and Plymouths up to 1959. Good Luck with your project.

Henry White 10
If you ever get down to Maryland I have a decent 1939 Dodge D-11 engine, driveshaft, and rear axle assembly. I do not have a transmission though. I beleive that car had a cable shift as did my American production 39 Dodge D-11 sedan. Sell it cheap.
