Trunk For Luggage Rack

Tires, White Side Wall, 600/650-17 (total of six)

Question: How do I re-chrome the wheel spokes and trim? Part of the wheel is painted.

Decided to restore the old car a bit (see previous post with pics)

ONCE THE TIRE'S OFF THE RIM,YOU'LL SEE--THE CENTERS UNBOLT FROM THE RIM--A LITTLE FREE ADVICE,DON'T LET THE TIRE SHOP HANDLE THE TIRE--I LEARNED THE HARD WAY--I CUT THE LAST 4 TIRES OFF BY HAND--THOSE STYLE RIMS DON'T LIKE TIRE MACHINES--TOM
