Barney Eaton Posted May 11, 2013 Share Posted May 11, 2013 I am trying to repair a 1954 Buick Skylark power antenna. Apparantly GM used this style of antenna for a few years in the '50's. One of the plastic gears that engages into the motor worm is stripped. PONTIAC1953 Posted May 11, 2013 Share Posted May 11, 2013 hi barney, you and i have talked before about these power antennas. i have one motor that needs the windings redone, so i was told by a auto electrical shop, they say that they can't redone the windings. then i have a parts motor with very good gears still in it. the first motor is for one of my pontiac guys, i would gladly give you everything that goes with the second motor if you can help me with the first motor, call me, charles coker, 1953 pontiac tech advisor, 417-693-5219 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
