What am I doing wrong??? I have a newer computer and cannot sign in to Reatta data page

I made sure I copied all the correct info, like my name, address, email, etc. but will not let me in to the documention area (FSM)

Part of the agreement with GM to be allowed to post the service information was that it be kept in a controlled area and a record kept of who had been given access. Tom is usually quick about returning the credentials needed.
