dodge 1927 vin location

Hello, first time on the forum here. I live in belgium and have a friend owning a 1927 Dodge limosine. As the belgian registration paper says, the vin should be "SP21683LA". I can't find anything with that number and I cannot find it on the car eighter. Can anyone help me with more information about this and does anyone know the location of the vin on the chassis/body? That SP number is not a Dodge Brothers number. Serial should start with A followed by either six or seven digits. There should be an aluminum tag on the right side top of floor with the serial number stamped into it. Also can be found on the frame, right front axle above the shackle. The engine number would be approximately 50,000 higher. What is the wheelbase as there were several in 1927? Where is the distributor located on the engine, that would help ID too? It would be six volt, four cylinder.

Is it possible to post a photograph of the car,i know of several Dodge Brothers car that were sold from Australia to an importer in Belgain some ten years or so ago, may be able to help.
