I believe this is a trunk lock emblem cover or flipper for a 1963 ELECTRA,WILDCAT,LESABRE...1964 ALL EXCEPT ELECTRA..1965

buick riviera part number 1365727 gm12-249. These are getting very rare and hard to find in this used condition. It measures about 2"x 3". As you can see from the pictures the colors are still quite vibrant. $199 paypal ok Thanks!
