Guest chief1
my 1955 was restored by others about 10 years ago and they did not replace the trunk weatherstripping or rubber lid bumpers. I looked for the weatherstripping and have not found the correct info Eg: it is attached to the trunk lid, it attaches to the body, there was none. also I purchased two different types of bumpers but each one was too small to lock into the holes on the lid. there must be someone out there that knows what is proper. buick5563
Do big series also attach to lid? I almost answered the same as Joe, but wasn't 100% sure on Roadies and Supers. I have seen gutter weatherstripping sold as correct for 55's, but don't recall seeing it, and my knowledge base is bitty Buicks...
